Management buyout of JS Air Curtains

Effective 1st December 2024, the ownership of JS Air Curtains has changed hands. In a management buyout, Tony Fleming, former Managing Director of Condair UK, has taken ownership of JS Air Curtains as an independent business.

JS Air Curtains was formed 25 years ago and has most recently been trading as a division of Condair Limited.

This heralds a new era for JS Air Curtains, with a fantastic opportunity to invest in the future development of the business, while continuing to provide the air curtain market with the highest quality bespoke solutions and products.

Although ownership has changed, JS Air Curtains will continue to operate with the same dedicated technical applications team, who have transitioned over from Condair Limited. This will not only ensure continuity of service, but allow us to uphold our commitment to deliver the highest standards of support and industry-leading products to our customers.
